Meet and greet with the instructor!

Hello, my name is Seth Spradling and I am honored to be a Fitness Trainer at Cedar Creek Country Club. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a Certified Strength/Conditioning Coach and Heart Rate Performance Specialist through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA).  I have been passionate about fitness my entire life and after 20 years in the corporate environment, I made the choice to follow that passion into a career. My philosophy is simple: Take your health seriously but have fun in the process! I challenge my clients to work hard but I also do my best to ensure they enjoy what they do. 

I have worked with clients from many different backgrounds from beginners to professional athletes. I believe exercise is an integral part of life and I take pride in   helping others to look and feel better by reaching their fitness goals. Whether it is trying to increase daily mobility or compete at a professional level, I can design any program to meet your specific needs. Currently, we are offering 3 classes at Cedar Creek Country Club on Tuesdays and Thursdays:

Extreme Bootcamp - 8:00 AM- 9:00 PM
Senior Fitness Class-9:00 AM-10:00 AM
Basic Fitness Class-11:00 AM-12:00 PM
Strength and Power Training for Golfers-1:00 PM-2:00 PM
Basic Fitness Class-7:00 PM-8:00 PM

I also offer personal, one-on-one training for those who want a more personalized fitness plan catered to their specific needs and fitness level.
